"In this world we are all transient guests."

Welcome, to the 7th Life Path!

My artistic journey is catalyzed by my love of Colour, a deep interest in anatomy and anthropology, the acceptance and gratitude that i will remain a student in all aspects. Emotional stimulant and Virulent passion; A visual Segway as i traverse the spiritual odyssey that is life, a reference to the conscious and unconscious and the generations of context which i cannot exist without.
{Photo Designer/Image Engineer}.

My Journey began at Stephen F. Austin state university where started my studies in Computer information Systems with a minor in Filmmaking.

During this time i began to learn more about what it means to operate in a Tech centered enviroment, up until this point i had always had the dream of becoming a game developer of some sort, the realm of higher education led me to the realization that i am a designer and artist at heart, and that is when i decided to shift my focus to cultivating my artistic mindset through design and digital media.

My time in East Texas is something i hold dearly within my heart. The hours i spent creating films and making art were unfortunatley halted as i was rushed back to Houston, Texas facing a bout with health complications, I then learned that i developed Ulcerative Coloitis and i would have to spend the majority of the following summer and semester recovering; regaining strength to return to my artistic pursuits. Since then i have continued to develop my career in tech, spending time studying and eventually working my way into a System administration position with a focus in Cyber Security, whilst also perpetually developing my digital and physical artistry through Film, Photography and 3D sculpting.

I have experience with PC/MacOS, Excel, Azure, Office 365,HTML, CSS, Python, Java/Processing 3/P5.js, Powershell, VDI, VM, Presentation skills, Hardware troubleshooting, Adobe CC, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro, Gimp, Inkscape, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Unity Development platform(Videolab), Blender, Incident management, Customer Service, Cloud management and at current i am looking to voyage into the UX/UI design space as i continue to advance my foundation in design through embedded systems engineering projects utilizing Espressif/Arduino/Pi microcontrollers aswell as freelance web design, digital media and marketing assistance in tandem with my other artistic and directorial endeavors.

If you have made it this far you're probably wondering why i chose blue... It's so that you pay attention. I wanted to keep the page simple and emblematic of my personality, Sometimes you must break the rules and make your own!

Here i will periodically update current projects and general interests that i have. For now i am learning more about Microcontrollers and embedded systems, Mostly with M5stack and arduino devices, aswell as upcycling older laptops for speakers and screens to make Lo-fi wall art speakers and smart mirrors eventually, more progress photos to come.

I do plan on purchasing this domain soon once i get some consistent work outside of my current Admin Job.

As of now my plans and projects are as follows:

To do list:

  • More P5.Js Projects
  • Mobile setup for Pen testing
  • UI/UX for interesting projects

Also cleaning up my HTML/CSS a bit, if you'd like to learn aswell check out neocities tutorials!

With time i will make the directory tab into a page filled with resources for all the things i'm currently working on/with as well, other general varied interests i have like Marital arts,
(Muay Thai, Judo, Capoeira, Taekwondo) Still a work in progress but hopefully i will have some time to update soon!

I Have also been applying for a lot of grants! This has been quite stressful if i'm honest but they say shoot for 100 and wish for 1 so that is what i am doing, I am apart of the Houston art alliance through Fresh Arts and they have been an invaluable resource for me along this journey aswell, i would check them out if you are looking for more information on applying for grants and what many of the application boards look for in an artist, though i am pretty unconventional all around, i feel as though leaning into that strength is something that will allow me to find a proper home amongst the community with likeminded people who have similar goals that we can assist one another in not only pursuing but ultimatley achieving.

"Who will throw the final napkin that breaks the Earth's back? Likely a child who knows no better, whilst the dog rummages the kitchen garbage, men who know better do not care; the worries of the world cannot halt a woman in her pace, and again i disregard the delicate nature of my mother all for the fleeting essence of pleasure, or maybe the pursuit of... anyways i penned this thought into a napkin which i have absentmindedly misplaced" Tender love #7.

Broadening my interest and expertise in embedded systems has spiraled a high intrigue in the sustainability of the Tech world, I would love to learn and discuss more about the possibilities withing the space such as upcycling old motherboards and other salvagable parts like speakers and screens to reuse for other DIY projects, UX/UI will be an important facet of that development aswell as everything needs to be simple and look nice.

If you have any new ideas or local resources you think would be helpful i would love to chat! I am always open to learning new skills and attempting new things, i think it is very important to live in harmony with nature and reducing waste and refurbishing old products to increase their lifespan is the best way to embody that sentiment.
